Everyone starts with a creative consult. From there the path is right-sized to the work. Individuals and simple builds move fast on a consult and a quote. Businesses and enterprises run the full framework. Nothing is built before you approve it.

Right-sized from the first hello

The same creative consult opens every relationship. Where it goes next depends on the scale of the work, who is involved, and what needs protecting.

Individuals & simple builds

Families, creators, and straightforward one-off projects. The path: creative consult, a quote or PO you approve, then we build. Small projects may be fully covered by your creative consult fee, with no second invoice.

Business & enterprise

Companies, organizations, and multi-studio engagements. The path: creative consult, discovery, a mutual NDA when needed, an agreement (PO, SOW, or MSA), then kick-off.

Pricing, transparent from day one

• Flat-rate consultation fee. Every discovery and intake session is priced at a flat rate agreed upon before work begins. No open-ended billing, no surprise invoices.
• Scoped & fixed-fee project work. Most engagements are delivered as scoped, fixed-fee projects. For individuals this is a simple quote or purchase order you approve.
• Subscription access. Ongoing clients subscribe for continuous studio access on a yearly flat rate or a simple monthly subscription.

One manager. Full visibility.

You work with a single Engagement Manager who takes the meeting, scopes the work, and runs the project. Behind the scenes, the right studio specialist is assigned to the work.
